Senju Omakase, Teppanyaki & Sake at Plaza Indonesia Thamrin Jakarta

July 27th, 2017. I was in Plaza Indonesia to have some event, but I was hungry, so I walked around and found Senju. My friend told me that it was quite expensive. She never went to Senju because she heard like that. Well, I haven't tried it too. But I was curious with the taste, so I walked in and looked at the menu to order something to eat.

Senju offers Japanese Omakase, Teppanyaki, and a great range of Sake. Located on the 3rd floor of Plaza Indonesia, it has a traditional Japanese vibes combined with bar and open kitchen. The murals are also beautiful. I ate alone so I didn't stay long there, and only ordered a few dishes.

Salmon Teriyaki 120k

Pan fry salmon fish served with mashed potato and teriyaki sauce.

Well, as you can see in the photos below, I changed the mashed potato to a bowl of rice. LOL.The salmon fish was tender and moist. And I loved the teriyaki sauce. Sweet and savoury at the same time. Their miso soup was also tasteful. Consume it while stil hot.
