[PONTIANAK] Kung Fu Uduk at Prof M Yamin Pontianak Kalimantan

October 7th, 2017. After a night with congee (you can see my previous review about Bubur Pesawat Ahui), I was still hungry. *yeah rite* Just nice that Kungfu Uduk invited me to come to their place. Yaaay. So that rainy night, we went there for another dinner.

The unique thing about Kungfu Uduk: they put up pictures of kung fu with pictures of mandarin actors like Jacky Chan, Jet Lee, Donnie Yuen, Bruce Lee, Stephen Chow, and also pictures of Kungfu Panda, Master Shifu and Boboho LOL. They have 2 levels dining area, but we sat at the first level.

Complete with Nasi Bakar Rempah mixed with anchovy, peanut, and yam leaves, with fried chicken, sate telur lilit peanut sauce, telur kecap, corn fritter and kremesan.

They changed the chicken with Ayam Karate (Fried mini chicken with super spicy traditional herbs). And yes, they sell the Ayam Karate for packate too. Anyway, I love the nasi bakar rempah. It was really good with the tantalizing aroma and delicious flavour. The Ayam Karate was also good, especially for my hubby, he loved the crunchy texture. The kremesan? Dabest!

It's a good dessert and quite cheap. I finished it after it melted. LOL.

Thank you Kungfu Uduk for inviting us. We had so much fun! Too bad we had to go back to our hotel. Definitely will be back when we come to Pontianak. See you super soon!
