[HOTEL] Resinda Hotel Karawang by Padma Hotels - Grand Deluxe Room

Another visit to Karawang. This time was my second time at Resinda Hotel Karawang by Padma Hotels. Yaaaay thank you, you guys. And this time, I brought Aline and Cindy with their families. Actually, we came again to enjoy the Resinda Park Mall that opened March 2017. Hooray!

Grand Deluxe Room

Whenever you are craving for an ultimate comfort and indulgence, our Grand Deluxe Room is absolutely the right answer. This stylish 32sqm room with a king-sized bed also features an elegant en-suite granite bathroom with separate rain shower, deep soaking tub, a generous size table, a 40” IPTV with international channels, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar and not forget to mention a cozy seating corner for reading or just to relax. The bedroom is connected by a sliding door to the bathroom to give you an open-space feeling, so you can enjoy your favourite TV show while soaking in a warm tub to relax the mind after a long day.

The room was smaller than my previous visit. But still with the same comfortable atmosphere. We came inside and didn't wanna get out. The bed was cosy, the ambiance was calming, it was everything we could ask for. The bath tub was cute. Literally cute. Since we couldn't get inside at the same time. HAHAHA. Do not think about it! DON'T! LOL!

Swimming Pool and Garden Area

This time I tried the lagoon pool. I swam with Azka LOL. Yaaaay. The pool was huge and we had so much fun! They have a very spacious garden with playground for kids. Lovely. Last time I was there, they didn't have the playground. Just the huge garden. Now they have the nice playground for children to enjoy. Cool.

LUNCH TIME

Tenkai Japanese Restaurant

One of the best Japanese restaurants. We love it! Actually when they asked me to be back to Resinda, I couldn't wait to eat at Tenkai again. Love the food, love the dessert, love everything about Tenkai! I couldn't stop eating the chicken katsu hahaha. And the miso soup was super delicious. Well, they were all good!

DINNER TIME

Oryza Restaurant

Oryza Restaurant is an all day dining restaurant. It serves a generous breakfast buffet each morning followed by a menu of international favourites throughout the remainder of the day until late. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available overlooking the pool and garden area. Such a pretty place to have breakfast lunch or dinner with family. Since we had complimentary dinner, we took the chance to enjoy the a la carte menu.

Grilled beef short rib, tamarind jus, melinjo crackers, steamed rice

Sop Buntut Padma 128k

Fried/braised/grilled oxtail soup served with steamed rice, vegetables, melinjo crackers, local pickles and sambal

Roast ½ Baby Chicken from the Rotisserie 68k

Roasted chicken, shallot, grilled vegetable, choice of mashed potato, french fries or mesclun salad

My favourite was.. err.. were.. err.. well everything!
At first the Prime Rib Eye Steak was hard to chew.
We asked for medium level, but it came to our table as well-done.
The Chef replaced the steak with the new one, and it was perfecto!
Aline ordered The Pindang Iga.
It was just what I like. Sourly fresh with generous beef short rib. Hmmm..
Sop Buntut Padma. Big portion with super huge and tender oxtail.
Love the broth too. Served with warm rice and melinjo crackers. Nyam.
Cindy ordered the Roast Chicken.
A little bit hard to chew at the sides of the chicken.
But the meat in the middle of the chicken was perfectly tender.

After dinner, we decided to visit the mall. It was a big mall but not many tenants. It was easy to reach the mall. They have access from M level. But I was just a minutes there, too tired to explore the mall. We went back to our room before the others.

BREAKFAST

In the morning, we went back to Oryza Restaurant for breakfast. A nice transformation, of course. From a warm night to a bright morning. And I was happy to see the buffee breakfast menu. A lot of stations there. From Japanese, Indonesian, Western, Omellete, Noodle, Salad, Desserts, and everything else. They also had Ketoprak and Mini Burger. And they were delicious!

LUNCH TIME

Hai Wang Chinese Delight

Our culinary journey still going on. We had our lunch at Hai Wang Restaurant. They served all you can eat dimsum. Hmmm yummy! They served pork too but it wasn't in the all you can eat package. We should order it separately. We tried almost everything. From the steamed to the fried, and they were all good. Before we ended our lunch, we ordered the lemongrass jelly. Well, it was so good me and Aline ordered 4 more glasses. LOL.

Thank you so much Resinda for the lovely staycation. Even though it was our second staycation there, I believe that I will come again to have another staycation. Come again and again and again and again. What a memorable staycations for us. Thank you once again. And again and again and again. LOL.
