[PONTIANAK] Es Krim Angi at KS Tubun Pontianak Kalimantan

October 7th, 2017. When I wanted to go to Pontianak, I asked for recommendations, and some people told me about this Es Krim Angi or Es Krim Petrus, since it located in front of Petrus Junior and Senior High School.

For over 60 years, Es Krim Angi is traditionally produced for generations, and they said the taste of this ice cream never changed from the original. Selection of flavours: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, jackfruit and durian. The toppings are red beans, seaweed and grass jelly. The unique thing about this ice cream, if you don't wanna eat in a cup, they could serve it in coconut shell. The place was quite big with traditional tables and seats. Do not think about fancy place like ice cream shop in Jakarta LOL.

Too bad the durian flavour was sold out. So we chose chocolate and jackfruit. And it was really good. The ice cream texture was very soft and fluffy. Not too sweet but very refreshing flavour. No wonder everybody loves it. Super recommended! Ugh, I really love the homemade ice cream.
