[CHINA] La Crêperie Shanghai

La Crêperie Shanghai adalah resto tempat gw makan di area French Concession bareng Wanda :) Perjalanan gw cukup menyenangkan. Dari Line 10 - East Yingao Road gw turun di East Nanjing Road, terus pindah ke Line 2 utk menuju ke People's Square, 1 station saja tp cukup mengejutkan, krn begitu gw masuk ke SH Metro, gw langsung terjepit di antara orang dan pintu -_______- Anyway, dari People's Square gw pindah ke Line 1 menuju Hengshan Road. Di People's Square udah ketemu sama Wanda, jadi kita langsung naek SH Metro turun di Hengshan Road itu :)

Tampilan suasana di dalam resto ini agak2 gelap emang, jadi gw juga terpaksa menyajikan kegelapannya di sini. Gw juga sempet foto sama Wanda, tp sayang gagal fokus melulu, jadi pasrah aja agak blur dikit yak :) Tp tidak mengurangi kecantikan kami kok. Dijamin!! :D

Seafood Pasta. Menu ini adalah menu pasta dengan seafood. Enak banget nih. Gw suka makannya. Seafood-nya banyak hohoho.. Sausnya juga creamy. Jarang2 kan pasta seafood itu creamy. Biasanya di jkt ketemunya saus marinara. Bosen banget deh. Love it!!

Crème de Banane, Banana Cuite, Flambée Rhum ou Grand Marnier (Banana Cream, Cooked Banana, Flambée Rum or Grand Marnier). Ini pesenan Wanda. Modelnya jadi spt crepes dengan pisang dan dibakar. Gw jelasin deh nanti arti2 dr namanya itu.
Flambé is a cooking procedure in which alcohol is added to a hot pan to create a burst of flames. The word means flamed in French.
Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge is an orange-flavored brandy liqueur created in 1880 by Alexandre Marnier-Lapostolle. It is made from a blend of Cognac brandy, distilled essence of bitter orange, and sugar. Grand Marnier is used in several kinds of pastries, such as liquor cream buns. It is also used in the French dessert known as Bûche de Noël (Yule log). It is frequently used in recipes for cranberry sauce, as sweetness and citrus can be a contrast to the bitterness of cranberries. It is also an ingredient for the preparation of flambé dishes, such as Crêpes Suzette, Grand Marnier soufflé and crème brûlée. It can also be used in the sauce of the "Canard à l'Orange" roasted duck dish.

Selesai makan, gw balik ke apartment, Wanda balik juga ke tempat tinggalnya *gatau juga gw di mana doi tinggal hihihi* Sekian trip gw hr itu :) Seru banget kan, gw jalan sendirian gitu, en gak nyasar. Ya iya lah, kecil itu mah.. Kan udah biasa jalan2 sendirian hehehe.. Yang lucu mah tante3, langsung laporan ke suami dan anaknya -_______- Belon tau sih, fungsi gw di jkt, jadi GPS hubby *tepok jidat*
