October 16th, 2015. Heyho!! Shabu-shabu lovers!! I will tell you about Shabu Ghin. Located in Wolter Monginsidi Senopati Area, Shabu Ghin was big enough for family or friends gathering. I was so lucky to be there that afternoon for lunch. It was a very delicious experience. I used to not-so-into shabu-shabu. But after I tried several places, I prefer shabu-shabu than grilled one.

I opened the door, walked in and fell in love with the place. It was quite big, with a dining mezzanine. When I came, the place was still closed. So I could take pictures as many as I could. Come, let me show you around.

Original Konbu Soup, Chicken Mizutaki Soup, Spicy Tonyu Soup, Spicy Seafood Soup, and Sukiyaki Soup.

I chose Original Konbu Soup. Why? Because I thought original was always the best. And it was delicious. But, it's too easy to getting salty. So, I think I need more water for the soup.

Overall, the special beef was just okay, the US premium beef much better with great texture, but I prefer the wagyu beef. OMG! So freaking delicious!!! I ate errr.. around 3 or 4 plates. Lalalala. Not all by myself, of course. I ate all of the food with a dear friend of mine. *yeah, I read your blog, bichyyyy!!!*
