When they offered me to stay at Novotel Tangerang, I was very excited. After one nite staycation in Gandaria area, we drove to Tangerang. It's Friday noon, we experienced a traffic jam for a moment. And when we almost arrived, we got lost hahahaha.. Needed some effort to reach the hotel LOL.

Touch down in 4-star comfort at Novotel Tangerang, 40 minutes' drive from international airport and 45 minutes from Jakarta. Panorama windows let lots of light into your sleek contemporary room and show off the views. The hotel is well located at the heart of Tangerang City. Enjoy shopping at the shopping mall attached to hotel and other biggest shopping mall in Serpong also near to the biggest convention hall in BSD. Whether visiting for business or holidays. Guest who stay in Novotel Tangerang will easy to reach location interesting destination at surrounding Tangerang: Jakarta, Serpong and Karawaci.

The Lounge Bar is an intimate, friendly bar, which serves a wide range of cocktails, mocktails and other beverages. Light snacks are also available, making it the perfect place to catch up with friends or have informal business meetings.

Premier Room

All Executive Room features with added products and services: King bed or 2 Single beds, coffee machine, iPod docking station, extra bathroom amenities, bathrobe & slippers. Free Internet access, local calls and water. Up to 2 adults and 2 children.

They were very nice to give u the premier floor with premier room and premier lounge. We really felt pampered there. Spacious room, comfortable bed and definitely perfect pillow.

Rise and shine with a few laps of the rooftop garden pool and a delicious breakfast in the vibrant, airy restaurant at Novotel. The choice of menu at The Square Restaurant suits you best. In the lobby, a space designed for children with video game and a Mac corner for all guests.

AFTERNOON TEA

We loved their premier lounge. When we heard that they opened for afternoon tea, we were very eager to visit the place. And we had an amazing evening there. Those delicious food! The place wasn't very spacious, but it's very comfortable and cosy. I was happy to be there all day long. I recommended the fried bean thread noodle (soun goreng). Super delicious.

BREAKFAST

On the first day, we had breakfast at the Premier Lounge. It's very easy to reach the Premier Lounge from our bedroom. The breakfast was delicious. But my recommendation was their chicken porridge and their fried dimsum. DABEST!

THE SQUARE

Enjoy a true experience 24h/24. You are served freshly prepared meals in front of you, large choice of Asian and international specialities, à-la-minute cooking. Stylish materials make you feel European and Asian influences.

DINNER

The spacious restaurant offer varieties of food and desserts. And I was still in love with their fried dimsum LOL. Those beautiful desserts, I only liked their doughnuts. The other cakes? I think they can do better! By the way, they have this lovely outdoor area, with live music. It's soooo adorable.

Traditional oxtail soup, your choice of grilled, boiled or fried

Tasted so good, it's surprising, since I always ordered boiled oxtail hehehe.. So it's kinda different, but still good. The oxtail meat was tender and juicy. And the broth was amazingly delish. What a hearty stew with rich broth and succulent tender meat that's comforting and perfect for every kind situation.

Bebek Goreng Bali 120k

Marinated fried duck with "sambal matah", vegetables in grated coconut

We didn't eat the sambal matah, just the fried duck. A memorable meal was a well-seasoned duck that's crispy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside. It's not easy to cook a perfect duck. Kudos to the chef!

Lebanese Lamb Shank 185k

Simmered with fresh herbs, garlic, tomatoes and serve with couscous

OMG I was very full. But the lamb shank was super tender that it falls off the bone. Comfort food at its best: slow cooked, melt in the mouth lamb. Yum.

BREAKFAST

Smile, Laugh, Play with RHINO! Rhino is the official mascot of Novotel Tangerang. Rhino always play with kids during breakfast time on Sunday, part of kids activities: colouring, swimming, watching movies and giving baloon. The breakfast was delicious. Much more food at The Square than at Premier Lounge. It's really nice to have breakfast with the company of Rhino.
