First Crack Coffee Academy at Sunter Jakarta

October 13th, 2017. I knew about First Crack before they opened. LOL yeah I'm a stalker hahaha. But when they finally opened, I couldn't come. So, when I had staycation near Sunter area, I visited them before I checked-in to the hotel.

OMG. The place is very beautiful. It's a spacious dining area with a lovely coffee bar island. They also have smoking area outdoor. When I came, there's still flowers everywhere. Not too crowded because it's Friday noon. The baristas were very friendly. They told me that they also an academy for learning about coffee. Well, no need to say more, just enjoy my photos below.

Raspberry Mocca 38k

When I asked them, what's their recommendation for me, they pointed the Raspberry Mocca. So I ordered this. And it's really a great choice. It's very delicious with particular flavour. They served the raspberry and the espresso separately. Pour the espresso, and the drink is ready. Super recommended!

Chicken Pillaf Rice 50k

Always love pillaf rice. It's buttery and delicious. The chicken meat was very tender and juicy. I love the dish so very much. The buttery rice combined with well-seasoned chicken, served with emping crackers. Dabomb!

Choco Salted Caramel 30k

When I first saw this cake, I was like, "Whoaaaa.. my favourite!" I asked the barista, and she said, "Yes, it's from Ann's Bakehouse!" Yaaaaaaaay! I took a bite, and kept it in take-away box for later. LOL. The texture, the flavour, the smell. All great. Still one of my favourite cakes. Woohoo!
