[CLOSED] Hide & Seek Swillhouse Fairgrounds SCBD Jakarta

January 3rd, 2016. After hanging out out at some new place, Leo and I moved to Hide & Seek Swillhouse in SCBD area. It's one of hidden place. We had to walk along a small path, before found the place. It's really moody inside the place with vintage decorations. Unfortunately, I couldn't take pictures there. They said it's prohibited. So, yeah, you guys should satisfied with only several pictures, okay?

Hide and Seek Swillhouse is our endeavour to recreated the romance of the era of great invention, exotic adventures and imagination. A thirst-quenching treat perfect for a hot day. Sweet and sour mixed together.

SQUASH

Mango & Lychee Breeze 48k

Lychee fruit, lime fruit, mango juice and passion fruit syrup

Sweeter than I thought. Super duper delicious. Very refreshing.

FROM THE FAR EAST

Traditional "Nasi Ijo" Chicken 75k

Green chili rice, Indonesian chili relish, sunny side up, fried shallot

I thought it will be very green. It's not. It's not that green. Fortunately, tasted delightful with spicy chicken. Luckily it had non-spicy chicken too. I could eat the non-spicy one with the green rice. Leo ate 2/3 and let me finish the rest of the dish. Of course, he finished the spicy part. :)

PASTA

Classic Meatball Spaghetti 89k

Spaghetti, tomato sugo, parmesan cheese, meatball

Sugo means pasta sauce. So, it's a spaghetti with tomato pasta sauce, parmesan cheese and meatball. Such an easy dish to make. But, sometimes the tomato sugo was too sour or too sweet. I took some risk to order this one. Lucky me, it's delicious. Quite good for my palate. The meatball was delicious but I prefer it more tender and juicier. But overall, it's recommended.

It was a nice place to chit chat with your buddy because it was very quiet. Too bad there were mosquitos, so we had to move from the place. Hope for a better environment. :)
