Odysseia Pacific Place Sudirman Jakarta

December 1st, 2015. I went to Odysseia for the first time. I was thrilled by their ambiance. The outdoor and indoor were both beautiful. Located in south lobby of Pacific Place, it was very easy to find. You just go to south lobby, go outside, and voila! Odysseia. Btw, I met my friend there. Yup, it's DC. I think he's everywhere, right? Hahaha.. Errrr.. just open his IG. It's quite fantastic.

Outdoor

Look at their natural lights. OMG! It's really good to take pictures there. Actually, I planned to take picture of myself. But, because one and other thing, we forgot. *sobbing* But please don't sit outside in the afternoon. It's too hot. You can sit there in the evening. It's prettier and more comfortable.

Indoor

Quite cozy inside the place. It's cool and very cozy. You don't need to feel the heat from the sun. So, in the daylight, choose the inside seats.

Oasis Odysseia 55k

Fresh Watermelon and Lychee Fruit, a dash of Passion Fruit Syrup, topped up with Ginger Ale

It's sweet and refreshing. Such a thirst-quenching. Finished in a jiffy. Yup, it's so hot in the afternoon, you must drink a cold beverages.

Coffee Latte 50k

It's DC's order. *big grin* Yeah, I had no idea about the taste. *another big grin*

Lemon Meringue 45k

Fresh, zesty lemons are the star of this dessert with a light lemon mousse in a dainty sugar dough tart

Russian Honey Cake 50k

Layer upon layer of a classic Russian honey cake with real honey throughout the tart, pastry cream, and crumble topping

Banana Popcorn Caramel 55k

Layers of brownie sponge and banana cake filled with peanut butter and topped with caramel popcorn

Ovomaltine Cake 45k

Chocolate brownie sponge with our own special blend of a milk chocolate and Ovomaltine mousse topped with a chocolate cookie crumble

Ok, just a short review from me. My favourite: the Lemon Meringue cake. The sweet from meringue and sour from lemon, mixed together perfectly in my mouth. It's like they were meant to be together. Like the quote I read somewhere: "When life throws you lemon, make lemon meringue cake." The Russian Honey Cake was also good, it's DC's favourite. Perfect texture with mild taste. Banana Popcorn Caramel. I prefer more banana in it. But, the brownie sponge was beyond compare. And for Ovomaltine Cake. I think it needed more ovomaltine! Please please please. More ovomaltine!

Thanks Odysseia for those delicious cakes. Definitely will be back to try your Nasi Goreng Kambing LOL. Pssst.. they said it's favourite!
