[CLOSED] St. Germain by Cacaote Grand Indonesia Thamrin Jakarta

January 13th, 2015. Another "me time" at Grand Indonesia, and I decided to try St. Germain by Cacaote. Located at Upper Ground East Mall, St. Germain was quite eye-catching in the corner. Well, as you can see by the name, it was the sister of the famous Cacaote.

The place wasn't as big as Cacaote, but still with similar ambiance. I love the chandelier and the wooden furniture. I caught an elegance impression by the looks of it. Well, without further adieu, I present you..

White Peony 45k

Love the presentation. It was so fragrant and light and very refreshing. Actually, I wanted to try this tea because of the lovely name. LOL. And, turned out, I loved it. :)

Composed of two-leaf and bud sets, White Peony is renowned for its refreshing character and sweet taste. The fine, silver tips and rich green leaves offer a fantastic introduction to the flavours and textures of white tea.

Open Faced Omellete 85k

Glazed crab, boursin cheese, emmental cheese, cured salmon, white toast

The presentation was so cute. Served in a small pan with toast bread, it was really eye-catching. Tasted very creamy, with delicious salmon on top of it. But, be careful, if you were already eaten, this menu needed to be share with your lovely one. Because if not, you would have a very full tummy. Too full tummy, in fact.

Overall, I love the ambiance there. I wanted to go back there again to try the pork menu and of course the choux. Because they said, it's their signature. Ok, will visit St. Germain again. See you soon.
