[BALI] The Holy Crab Petitenget Bali

So, what's the news? Yes. Holy Crab is swimming to Bali. Yaaaay.. And this gathering was for introducing their new menus. It's a new "dessert." LOL. The Holy Crab introduced this sandwich bun with lobster, shrimp and crab as the filling, in a perfect way to open this outlet. Of course they provide the best quality. And it's surely delicious too. The bun was steamed perfectly. Such a delicate way to introduce a new menu :)

Crab Cake

It's a kind of fish cake, only the filling wasn't fish, but crab. It contains of crab, breadcrumb, milk, mayonnaise, egg and spices. After that, they pan-fried, baked, or grilled, then served. It's very tender and delicious. Somehow, I really like it. It fits my palate.

Mud Crab 45k / 100g

My favourite. Crash the crab, find the meat, dip in the sauce, and enjoy it. Crabgasm!!!

Shrimps 28k / 100g

Love it. Yup, I have allergic to shrimp but still... hahahaha still taking risk to eat shrimp. Why? Because I love shrimp. Love it very much. The juicy, the crunch crunch, everything.

Crispy Chicken Strips 45k and Cajun Fries 25k

Favourite snacks while eating the main dish. Taste very delicious. Seasoning of the cajun fries was delightful. Addictive!

Mocktails @ 35k

The mocktails were fresh and perfect for my tastebud. Sweet and sensational :)

Congratulations for the opening The Holy Crab Bali to Albert Wijaya, Executive Chef and owner of The Holy Crab. I believe Holy Crab will be great in Bali, just like in Jakarta.
