August 27th, 2016. I wanna talk about burger. A burger is a sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat, usually beef, placed inside a sliced bread roll or bun. Often served with cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, onion, pickles, and condiments such as mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and chiles. And I think it's everybody's favourite. This one fast-food chain that I wanna review today was known for its variety of piled-high burgers & meal combos, plus shakes. Yup, it's been 6 years since the first time they opened in Indonesia. Carl's Jr.

Established over 70 years ago in Southern California by a young Carl N. Karcher, Carl's Jr. has a long-standing history of serving premium high quality and authentic hamburgers. Today there are more than 1200 Carl's Jr. restaurants worldwide. Besides being known for serving great tasting charbroiled hamburgers, Carl's Jr. is also well known for establishing industry firsts: partial table service and self service beverage bars with unlimited refills.

When I looked at the chicken, I thought it will be dry and hard to chew. Turned out, it's not. It's juicy and tender and tasty. But I didn't really like the bun. I prefer the seeded bun :)

Memphis BBQ Burger 64k

Smoky BBQ sauce on pulled beef, 100% chargrilled burger patty, crispy onion rings with melty cheese. It's really delicious. It's really perfect for the hint of smoky bbq sauce on pulled beef. And the texture was delightful. My friends said that this is their favourite. :)

Philly Cheesesteak Burger 56k

Juicy steak slices over chargrilled 100% premium beef patty with 2 slices of cheese, topped with onions and bellpeppers. OMG. Recommended. If you don't like the onions and bellpeppers, just tell them. This is one of the best burger, for me. I will order it next time I come to Carl's Jr. Truly the best.

The presentation is cute. I think everybody will love it. Salad with beef or chicken and cheese. Best salad ever!
