(CLOSED) Hangoga, Authentic Korean Cuisine

26 Mei 2013. Yup, it's kinda long ago, rite? But, I think it's better late than never. Gw udah sering liat tempat ini di Kuncit, tp setiap kali mo nyoba, gw mikir, "Hmmm.. is it worth it for that kind of price?" Tapi akhirnya gw nyobain juga bareng hubby di cabang terbarunya, di epiwalk. Kebetulan ada opening discount sampe akhir mei 2013. En gw sebagai pencinta diskonan, pasti gak melepaskan peluang itu.

We can see a very nice environment once we step our foot inside Hangoga. The place is so warm and comfy. Pokoknya rasanya nyaman banget deh kalo udah masuk ke dalam. Suasana dan warna bangku2nya bikin betah loh.

Gw en hubby order Lunch Set Menu, walaupun kita makan buat dinner :) All Lunch Set Menu include: Kimchi, Soup, Tomato Salad, Rice, Fruit and Free Ocha.

Bulgogi Set (Bool Gogi) 95k

I really love their Bulgogi. Aromanya yg harum, manis rasanya, keempukannya, semua memuaskan indera pengecap gw. And I think I'm in love. Bulgogi (Korean pronunciation: [pulɡoɡi]) or neobiani is a Korean dish that usually consists of grilled marinated beef. Bulgogi is made from thin slices of sirloin or other prime cuts of beef.

Short Rib Boneless (Galbi sal) 95k

Galbi Sal (갈비살) means rib meat. Boneless Rib itu jelas menyenangkan hati hubby krn emang doi gak suka tulang. He's kinda hate bones. Hahaha.. Dagingnya empuk banget. Bumbunya meresap. Enak deh.
Kalbi or galbi generally refers to a variety of gui or grilled dishes in Korean cuisine that are made with marinated beef (or pork) short ribs in a ganjang-based sauce (Korean soy sauce). In the Korean language, galbi literally means "rib" and can refer to cooked or uncooked ribs.

Stir Fried Glass Noodle (Jap Chae) (L) 59.361 (S) 47.9k

We ordered the small size. The taste was good, but too many vegetables. Jadi lebih berasa sayurnya dibanding noodle-nya. Tapi enak sih, noodle-nya empuk gak keras, mudah dikunyah. Rasanya pun tasty banget. Manis dan ngangenin hihihihi
Japchae (jabchae, chapchae) is a Korean dish made from sweet potato noodles (called dangmyeon, 당면), stir fried in sesame oil with various vegetables[1] (typically thinly sliced carrots, onion, spinach, and mushrooms), sometimes served with beef, and flavoured with soy sauce, and sweetened with sugar.

Overall gw cukup puas sih. Kenyang dan kembung krn ocha-nya refill. Buat yang penasaran sama rasanya, cobain aja deh. Moga2 sesuai selera :)
