[CLOSED] Meirton at 18 Office Park TB Simatupang Jakarta

January 10th, 2017. When I had to go to TB Simatupang, I was like, "Oh my, so far." Well it's an appointment. So I had to go. At first, I had meeting at one of the coffee shop there, but had to raincheck. Then, I went to my second appointment. It's really a nice place to have lunch with your bestfriends, meeting with your colleagues, or just sitting around to wait for friends. Meirton.

Located in the 18 Office Park building, Meirton is very easy to find. Just go inside the building, turn right, walk straight to the end of the path. Go inside to the right and voila! You will find a coffee bar first, then the dining area. Actually they used to called Meirton Fine Dine. That's why the dining area is quite fancy, but they dropped the "fine dine," and just use Meirton. Turned out it's the sister of Lobbyn Sky Terrace at Fave Hotel kemang. They're also brainchild of Griya Group which managed Neo Hotel in Bali. They have outdoor area for smoking.

Traffic Light 52k

Fresh Strawberry, Fresh Mango, Fresh Kiwi

What a thirst-quenching. And it's beautiful. I laughed when I saw the name. Traffic Light. Red, Yellow, Green. Such a creative beverage. It's sweet and sour, a fantastic combination for a thirst-quencher.

Salmon Steak with Special Sauce 145k

Served with mashed potato. It's really an appetizing dish. The salmon was perfectly cooked. And the mashed potato was super duper fluffy. Tasted like a cloud. *I wish I could taste a cloud LOL* Definitely a keeper.

Classic Cheese Burger with Mozarella Cheese and French Fries 65k

Classic Cheese Burger was always a favourite. This Meirton's cheese burger version was like any other cheese burger. But.. the patty was very thick. It's not so large, but it's thick. And the bun was soft. I couldn't finish the burger, I took it home. At night, my hubby tried this burger and he said just what I thought. "Whoaaa.. what a delicious burger! Love it."

Cheese Croquete with Smoked Beef 49k

This was the starter before I tried the burger and the salmon. It was quite dense for a starter. And I hope they gave generous smoked beef, instead of the potato hahahaha.. Eat it while it's still hot, so the melted cheese will melt your heart away.

Caramel Banana Crème BrûlLé 48k

Different kind of dessert. I love caramel. I love banana. I love crème brulle. Mix them all together. Dabomb. But, I hope the texture of the banana was softer and fluffier. The sweetness was perfect. You should try it if you wanna taste another type of creme brûlLé.

What a nice experience. It's really nice to know that there's a good place to eat in your office building. You can have a lunch meeting with clients or colleagues. You can arrange an event, also. Pssttt, they have coffee too.
