[EVENT] Monday Prime Time Spectrum Restaurant Fairmont Hotel Senayan Jakarta

April 11th, 2016. I was invited to Spectrum Restaurant for Monday Prime Time. Located in Fairmont Jakarta on 2nd floor, Spectrum is very lovely with comfortable place to eat.

Spectrum is the hotel’s all-day-dining restaurants, offering multi-cultural cuisine served on its ‘Culinary Theater’ stations and buffet spread. A contemporary restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a lively atmosphere.

Monday is Prime Time at Spectrum restaurant! Join us for a real treat where you can enjoy a variety of prime steaks and some of the best cuts of meat in the city along with a variety of classic Steakhouse appetizers and sides. Priced at 330k++ per person.

I didn't take many pictures of the place, just the entrance and ambiance inside the restaurant. The place is spacious with cozy ambiance. For a 5-star-hotel's restaurant, Spectrum did not make me feel intimidated. Actually, I felt very welcome with the smile and hospitality.

Buffet Menu

The buffet menu offers many choices, from salad station, sashimi, amuse bouche, cheese station, bread station, noodle station, dim sum, ribs station and desserts station. And my favourite was short ribs station. OMG. One of the best short ribs!! Me want more! Me want more! LOL.

I love their salmon sashimi. Very fresh with subtle and delicate texture. The sirloin steak was quite tender, but I prefer the short ribs. And the nutella and peanut butter waffle was one of the best desserts. I was having food coma, for sure. It was an amazing experience to eat so many meat and food and desserts.
