Collage All Day Dining at Pullman Jakarta Central Park Hotel

February 28th, 2017. After a long time, I came to this hotel again for their buffet restaurant. Once, they invited me a long time ago, but I couldn't make it. And, finally I tried their all day dining at Pullman Jakarta Central Park Hotel. Collage.

Collage is Pullman Jakarta Central Park’s All Day Dining which offers a fusion of modern style, cutting edge design and peerless standards with excellent views and natural daylight.

Located on L Floor (12th floors above the ground), selections of innovative cuisines of buffet and a la carte are presented in Collage All Day Dining. Spacious dining room with terrace that can be transformed to a personalized event venue for any special occasion.

The breakfast buffet is set at 268k++ per pax. With a wide selection of international flavors and local favorites on buffet or a la carte, breakfast at Collage All Day Dining Restaurant is served everyday at 6am–10am. In the buffet menu, savor a range of cereals or fruit, a choice of full English breakfast range, touches of traditional savors as well as scrumptious tea, coffee and toast. Lunch priced at 298k++ per pax is available at 12pm–3pm (Monday to Friday) and come with a selection of appetizers, main courses, sweets, hot and cold drinks, coffee and tea. Weekend brunch is offered at 428k++ per pax. For dinner from 6pm-10pm during the weekday and 6pm–10.30pm on the weekend. The dinner menu ranges from local specialities to international cuisines which include appertizers, meat, poultry and fish dishes, fresh seasonal salads, side orders, desserts and assortment of coffees and teas. Dinner is 338k++ per pax (Sunday to Thursday) and 458k++ per pax (Friday & Saturday).

Love the pork hahaha.. Yes, they serve pork sometimes. And the sashimi was very fresh. I couldn't stop eating the desserts too. Actually, I love them all. :)
