Calibrate Coffee at Puri Kembangan Jakarta

February 28th, 2017. I saw those photos on Instagram. They were all about #KeepTheCoffeeAsYourFriend. So, when I arrived at the place, I searched those words hahahaha.. And voila, it's on the wall at their lovely corner. A really nice place to do your #OOTD things or just capture the wall. Calibrate Coffee.

Typical coffee shop that will be my hubby's favourite because of its big parking lot. LOL. Located on 2nd level of a building at a busy road in West Jakarta, Calibrate offered a really nice coffee shop with spacious area. There's wide enough space between one table to another. When I came in, there's a bunch of ladies inside, I think they're studying. Then another person came. Then another one. The place is very comfortable with simple and homey ambiance. No wonder I felt at home. They separated the place into 2 areas, outside and inside. I chose to sit inside at that moment.

Hot Chocolate 40k

This was Ivan's order and I forgot to try it. But I guess it's delicious because he said nothing about it.

Matcha Latte 40k

Love it. Exactly what I expected from a matcha latte. A beautiful, deep and rich flavour. Love the fragrant, the taste of creamy milk and a little sugar with leafy taste of matcha green tea for a flavour balance.

Choco Croissant 35k

One flaky croissant filled with chocolate. A simply mind-blowing layers of buttery flaky pastry filled with rich chocolate and drizzled with more chocolate.

Deep Fried Pork Belly 70k

12 hour-cooked pork belly over steamed rice. Served with our sambal matah and sunny side up.

I didn't read the description. They wrote SAMBAL MATAH. Hahahahaha. So when it came to our table, I was shocked. OMG! How should I eat it? Well, I still ate it. With tears and a lot of cold water. LOL. It's still good, though. The pork belly was juicy and the sunny side up was perfectly runny. Recommended!
