Bake and Artisan Coffee & Co at Ruko De Mansion Alam Sutera Tangerang

September 1st, 2017. I heard about this one from my sister. We actually had a date here, but she couldn't make it, since her hubby wasn't very well at the time. Bake and Artisan Coffee & Co occupied the first level of the place. They did all the baking and cooking upstairs.

My sister told me that their coffee powered by Ombé Kofie. In fact, they put a barista from Ombé Kofie. The place is lovely. Cool AC, comfortable ambiance and of course, a very friendly gesture from the barista. We love the place. And, he introduced me to the owner. I was happy that I could visit the baking area. Always happy to smell the aroma of pastries etc.

As usual I told the barista to make my coffee less acidic. And I love the way he told me about coffee. He's very good at it. My coffee was light and creamy and delightful. At first, I thought that they only good at baking. Apparently, they did a good job to collaborate with Ombé Kofie.

Marmer Cake 20k

It's similar with my mom-in-law's marmer cake. But it's not really sweet. The size was very big hahahaha we had to push each other to finish it LOL. Love the texture, for sure. Soft and fluffy.

Butter Croissant (complimentary)

Thank you for the complimentary croissant. It was delicious. Love the crisp texture. And the size was just perfect. I think I can eat 5 pieces at the same time hahaha..
