It's so delicious I can finish it all by myself. I guess, it's one of the best. The bread was fluffy. The ham, cheese, fried egg and truffle oil. Best combination. Melt in your mouth. Literally. I still can taste it in my mouth.

Emmentaler or Emmental is a yellow, medium-hard Swiss cheese that originated in the area around Emmental, Canton Bern. It has a savoury, but mild taste.

Steak and Egg are always best connection. It's a common combination, between steak and egg. The tender and juicy rib eye. Love the roasted mushroom. Chewy and juicy. Recommended for those who loved steak and egg.
